- No CITES plants will be sold to international customers.
- Our minimum plant order is $200.00 for International sales.
- Payment can only be made by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card. We must have your signature on file to process your first order. Please use our International Order Form, and fax it to us. Our fax number is: (707-778-0931). Your credit card number, and signature will be placed in our files, and subsequent orders may be made by e-mail.
- Shipping is done by Global Express mail. The exact shipping charges will be added to your account.
- The cost of a International Phytosanitary Certificate is $30.00.
- Your plants will be shipped in a timely manner upon receipt of your order, allowing for their inspection, and the processing of their paperwork.
- All plants are shipped bare root, individually wrapped, and labeled.
- Customers providing an E-mail address will be notified when shipment is made, and given a Tracking Number for their parcel.
- My responsibilty: I will send you the healthiest, choicest plants possible. All of my plants will have passed a Federal inspection for pests. I am not responsible for the condition of the plants, if they have been confiscated or held under quarantine due to improperly completed paperwork by the customer, or for unforeseen weather conditions. Please check your weather, before placing an order.
- Your responsibilty: You are responsible for providing all necessary documents required by your country for the importing of plants. You are also required to insure that the plants you order are not restricted by your country.
