
Ordering Information

- No overseas sales: Due to
the constant changing of international rules and regulations governing the
importation/exportation of plant material, we have discontinued our international
plant sales.
- Our minimum order is $35.00. This does not include shipping and insurance . Minimum Shipping and Insurance charges are $7.50.
- I want to sell you only what you want to buy, not what I need
to sell, and for that reason I do not request that you list substitutes.
- Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express,
or Discover Card. Please do not place an order and ask us to hold it.
We do not have the facilities to separate and hold your plants for more than 10 days after you have ordered them.
- We provide one of the
fastest services in the industry. If you are tired of waiting
weeks for your order to be processed and shipped, give us a try!
Your plants will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of your
order.
- When placing your order, please consider your
local weather. We do not have the facilities to separate and hold
your plants for more than 10 days after you have ordered them.
If weather is a concern, consider having your plants shipped by
FedEx, or USPS Express Mail, which is next day delivery in most
areas. We offer the use of Thermo Pak #60+, however, effective 1 Jan 2014,
because of the rising costs of these Thermo Paks they will be included at no cost
only with orders of $75.00 or more. For smaller orders, there will be a
$3.50 charge for the Thermo Paks.
- Most plants are shipped
bare root, individually wrapped, and labeled. On rare occasions
we offer rooted cuttings, these will be noted with [rc].
- Sizes refer to the pot
size: small = 2 - 3", medium = 3 - 4", and large =
4 - 6".
- You can order by telephone
on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (707-778-8278) from 10 am to 5
pm (PST).
Hold and Return Policy:
1. Purchased plants may be held a maximum of 15 days at no additional charge.
2. A 10% monthly maintenance fee will be charged for purchased plants held for over 15 days.
3. Plants held for 7 days or longer will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee if returned to stock.
4. We have a strict ’No Return Policy’ after 7 days.
5. Not responsible for plants left over 30 days.
- My guarantee: I will
send you the healthiest, choicest plants possible, however, if
you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the plants
within 5 days of receiving them, with a note explaining the problem,
and I will send you a refund for the plants. Shipping costs are not refunded.
