Ordering within the United States.
- Our minimum order is $35.00.
- Payment can be made by personal check, money order, Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card.
- If paying by credit card, the exact shipping and handling charges will be added to your account. If paying by personal check or money order, please add 20% of your total plant order to cover shipping charges, and any overage will be refunded.
- Your plants will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of your order, unless payment is made by personal check. We allow 10 days for the clearance of personal checks.
- Most plants are shipped bare root, individually wrapped, and labeled.
- Sizes refer to the pot size: small = 2 - 3", medium = 3 - 4", and large = 4 - 6".
- You can order by telephone on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (707-778-8278) from 10 am to 5 pm (PST).
- For faster service, you can fax (707-778-0931) or e-mail ([email protected]) your order at any time.
- Please do not e-mail me your credit card number - you can fax it to me or telephone it in, and it will be filed, so that you can use it any time in confidence.
We are open to the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm, except during the winter when our hours are 10 am to 4 pm. Weekday appointments are available for serious caudiciform collectors, however, we cannot accommodate drop-in visitors during the weekday!
